Amazon River, Brazil

5 Day Trip / 3 Days of Wildlife

STEP INTO A WORLD THAT STILL BELONGS TO NATURE.

The Amazon is unlike anywhere else on Earth.

A place where flooded forests, colorful birds, monkeys, sloths, and giant trees, remind you just how wild our planet can still be.

Hidden within these ancient waters lives one of the world's most extraordinary animals…

The Boto, or pink river dolphin.

Graceful, intelligent, and unlike any dolphin you've ever encountered, these remarkable animals move quietly through the dark waters of the Amazon, their soft pink bodies appearing and disappearing like ghosts beneath the surface.

Sharing the river with them is an experience that feels almost impossible to describe.

But the dolphins are only part of the story.

This expedition is about slowing down and experiencing the Amazon as few people ever will.

It's about exploring winding waterways, watching sloths and monkeys high in the canopy, photographing colorful birds, meeting the river people who call this remarkable place home, and discovering that some of the greatest wildlife experiences happen when you least expect them.

This isn't a checklist trip.

It's an opportunity to step into one of the last truly wild places on Earth.

THE AMAZON IN PICTURES

THE MAGIC OF THE AMAZON ISN'T JUST THE PINK DOLPHINS...

It's the feeling of stepping into a world that still belongs to nature.

And when the dolphins arrive...

the river reminds you that the greatest wildlife encounters are always gifts... never guarantees.

PLEASE NOTE: The botos are habituated dolphins. While they are 100% wild, they have been hand-fed by locals, making them very friendly. The sloths are not however, and it takes a lot of work and good eyes to find them in the trees.

Our Commitment to the Rainforest

We believe the places we travel to see should still be there long after we’re gone.

With every Amazon expedition we run, a portion of the proceeds goes toward protecting the rainforest, home to pink river dolphins and one of the most important ecosystems on Earth.

We’ve been supporting Junglekeepers for years, an organization doing real work on the ground to protect this habitat.

If you’d like to learn more or support their work directly, you can visit:

There is no expectation to contribute… this is simply something we believe in and wanted to share.
