Wild Minute #78. Week 1, Day 3.

Our Amazon adventure begins with an unforgettable encounter with wild squirrel monkeys and caiarara monkeys. Curious, playful, and incredibly friendly, these intelligent primates made the perfect start to our pink river dolphin expedition.

Wild Minute #79. Week 1, Day 4.

Our first week in the Brazilian Amazon has been nothing short of incredible. From unforgettable encounters with pink river dolphins to playful monkeys, sloths, and the amazing wildlife that calls this rainforest home, every day has brought something new. The Amazon continues to surprise us, and with another week still ahead, the adventure is just getting started.

Wild Minute # 80. Week 2, Day 1.
Today we visit Dolphin House in the Brazilian Amazon, where local families have created a unique ecotourism experience centered around the incredible pink river dolphins. The dolphins receive an easy meal, local people earn an honest living, and visitors have the rare opportunity to observe one of the world's most unique freshwater dolphins up close. It's not a perfect system, but it has helped create a future where both people and wildlife can benefit.

Wild Minute # 81. Week 2, Day 5.
We spent our final morning exactly where we wanted to be—at Boto Beach, surrounded by the incredible pink river dolphins of the Amazon.

In this final episode from Week Two, I look back on everything we experienced throughout the expedition, from unforgettable dolphin encounters and sloths to monkeys, hoatzins, and life deep within the Amazon rainforest.

Every expedition eventually comes to an end, but the memories, photographs, and stories stay with us forever.
